ECS Corporation Opens Onsite Will Call Center

BROADVIEW, IL (March 14, 2017) – Today ECS Corporation officially opened a will call center at its Broadview, IL facility. Conveniently located less than 15 miles from the city of Chicago, the will call center composes 342-square feet of the company’s 24,000-total square foot inventory and manufacturing space. Designed to provide a comfortable waiting area for local service technicians, knowledgeable staff members are on-hand to answer customer questions.

Though ECS Corporation has serviced walk-in customers for decades, the renovated space showcases a wide array of available solutions that reflect the recently expanded product lines. Along with traditional escalator parts, such as comb segments and LED demarcation lights, the company’s growing line of elevator parts is on display. Visitors can expect to see door operator equipment and boards, brushes, abrasives, relays, contactors, auxiliaries, batteries, emergency lights and much more. Safety equipment and consumables, such as hardhats, oil, rags and cleaners, are available for purchase as well. Various escalator steps are on display and the company plans to feature a partial walk-in elevator cab at a later date. The waiting area is stocked with coffee, soft drinks and water to cater to customer comfort while parts are pulled.
